Susan Ratliff began her real estate career in early 1990 following a successful career in both advertising and publishing. Susan has consistently held a top producer position in her firm. Her experience in the real estate recession of the early 1990’s has proven an invaluable experience in helping her clients in today’s shifting market.
The high level of service she provides has allowed for approximately 90% of her business from past clients and referrals. Her team operates much like a team of physicians; one of them is always on call to service the needs of their clients. Jeff Reisbeck, Susan's son-in-law & business partner, teamed up with Susan in 2008 in order to bring his new client prospecting skills to the team.
Susan is experienced in the process of assisting the move-up buyer with both the sale of their current residence and purchase of their new home. Her level of experience has allowed her to guide her clients through this process seamlessly. In working with the high-end buyer Susan has a tremendous depth of knowledge in representing the estate buyer looking for architecturally significant properties, homes on large parcels of land and those in highly desirable neighborhoods. She will evaluate the needs of the client first, then advise them on the areas they will most likely find the home of their dreams. Often this will involve searching for homes not listed with the Multiple Listing Service. Her philosophy is…..Every home is for sale, you just need to ask. Her clients appreciate her willingness to do the research necessary to find that perfect home for them.
Susan is experienced in Pasadena and the surrounding communities including: La Canada, South Pasadena, San Marino, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Monrovia, Glendale and Altadena. She also will counsel her clients looking for investment properties and vacation homes. She will then refer her clients to experts in the areas they are considering.
Susan's community involvement has been extensive over the years. She is the founder and past president of Vista Docents, a group providing tours of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals at the Vista del Arroyo Courthouse. She is an associate member of the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts, a Clockwatcher of the San Marino National Charity League and currently serves as President of the Los Altos Auxiliary in La Canada. Her husband Dick served as president of the Tournament of Roses Association in 1999 and they are both involved in the annual Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game. They reside in La Canada Flintridge and enjoy playing golf, entertaining and spending time at their vacation home on the Oregon Coast. Susan's step-son, Brad Ratliff, has been nominated to be the Tournament of Roses President in the year 2017.
Susan holds advanced Realtor designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, she holds a designation as a Relocation Specialist.
About Jeff Reisbeck (866.980.5333)
Jeff started his real estate career with ReMax in the San Fernando Valley before moving to the San Gabriel Valley in 2004, instantly becoming a top producer in the area. With years of previous experience running a his own businesses, he gained the skills and knowledge necessary to find new clients, earn their business and retain them for years to come. With this unique knowledge, he knew the best place for him to use his background was in Real Estate. Today, Jeff is, what is known as, a work-a-holic. Coming from a large Italian family, Jeff knows the importance of family unity. But he also understands the pressures of home related transactions. Thus, you will find Jeff on the phone, in front of his computer or in his office seven days a week.
Jeff
has had a long history of helping others starting with his work with
the Glendale YMCA and their summer camp program for children. Jeff
attended the camp as a child, became a counselor in high school and
managed the camp as a young adult. He now spends two weeks each summer
as the Director for their camp program for junior high and high school
age students.

Jen Daniels moved from Washington State to attend college and graduated from California Lutheran University with a degree in Marketing, which she then used to begin her career at Keller Williams Realty, in Camarillo. As Keller Williams’ marketing director Jen was able to learn the most effective ways to market homes for the quickest sales. After purchasing her first home she relocated and took a position at Keller Williams Realty in Pasadena. It was here that Jen decided she wanted to transition from a staff position at the company to full time real estate agent. Knowing that Susan Ratliff specializes in buyer representation, Jen approached Susan to be a part of her team, and thus learn from Susan to become a buyer’s agent for The Ratliff Team. Jen’s passion is finding homes for buyers, whether it is a first time homebuyer going through the process for the first time or a family moving up to a larger home to accommodate a growing family or buyer’s interested in downsizing. Just recently The Ratliff Team made the move to Dickson Podley Realtors and Jen is looking forward to this new adventure in her real estate career.
